The principals of the company have over 50 years of combined affordable housing development experience. Timshel was founded with the goal of providing superior housing, at affordable prices, and managed by people who respect and value the people who live at our properties. The operating principals, Todd Wind and Brian Waterfield, each have nearly 15 years of development and management experience in the affordable housing industry at industry leading companies.

Hill Tide is equipped to support the unique needs of each of our partners including: seed capital for salaries, site escrows, LIHTC applications, travel and other typical company overhead. We also bring financial strength to our partners to ensure best-of-market terms by co-signing construction loan and LIHTC equity guarantees.
Administrative Support
Each partner has their own unique back office and administrative support needs. Hill Tide provides support individually catered to those needs. Support includes, but is not limited to: marketing (company branding and marketing collateral design), back-office accounting, legal, analyst, HR/ benefits, and all other general administrative support.

We believe one of the most valuable aspects we can bring to our partners is actually our other partners. The partners all have unique backgrounds from LIHTC equity and banking to construction and historic renovation.
